Bayview Tower is a large, extremely comfortable and well-equipped apartment, perfect for couples or a small family.  Set over 3 floors, this characterful Grade II listed accommodation has absolutely breathtaking views from every floor.  Accessed via steps from the parking area to the main entrance and former reception area of the old Lynton Cottage Hotel, the apartment offers an open plan, ground floor living space, utility room & WC, inner hallway and access to two very spacious en-suite bedrooms via internal stairways to the first and second floors.  Supe-fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

The kitchen area is well equipped with electric appliances, sink, equipment and storage cupboards. Additionally, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, butler’s sink and other facilities are located in the adjacent utility room.

There is also a ground floor WC just off the utility room, plus ample storage and hanging for coats and shoes etc in the inner hallway.

Relax together in the comfy sofas and feast your eyes on the stunning vistas out across the bay.  The rugged scenery envelopes this stunningly located property and its picture-postcard setting.

Bring the view even closer by throwing open the magnificent glass French-doors and enjoying the fabulous outlook from your own elevated crazy-paved terrace.  Dine or enjoy a drink inside or outside as you wish (and the weather allows!) 

Smart TVs, smart speakers, games, books and DVDs are provided.

The large first floor bedroom is host to an impressive hand-carved super-king sized four poster bed, in a room overlooking the bay.  The room has an additional seating area with chaise longue and a full en-suite bathroom with a deep bath and power shower over.

On the second level, you will find another luxurious super-king sized bed in a light an airy room with exposed beams.  It has its own en-suite shower room and an additional comfortable seating area.  From this room you can step out on to a balcony to enjoy more great views from the seating and which catches the sunshine for most of the day.

Both bedrooms have smart TVs and speakers, USB charging and hairdryers.  Quality bed linen, bath and hand towels, and bathrobes are provided for guest use.

Guests can enjoy the rugged paths and seating areas in the steeply sloped communal gardens.  The apartment, its terrace and balcony are non-smoking/vaping environments.

The owners permit one well-behaved dog guest in the apartment (conditions apply), but please note that the ground floor terrace is not secure.

Lynton and Lynmouth are two ‘halves’ of a charming town with much to offer.  Both offer an impressive variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops and Lynton even has its own cinema, showing contemporary releases most days. Spectacular walks for all abilities are very close by, as are various visitor attractions and activities. 

Lynmouth and the beach can be easily accessed by foot either via a steep, lit path, or by use of the historic funicular cliff railway, which is the highest and steepest totally water-powered railway in the world!  The terminal for this unusual form of transport is situated just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Note its hours of operation are seasonal.
