The kitchen is newly fitted, spacious, and also has dining table and chairs.

The apartment is located over two floors, with entry via either floor. From the car park, access is via the West Wing entrance, shared with two other apartments, Entry can be via the second bedroom located on the ground floor, or by stairs or the lift into the first floor entrance. The accommodation is reverse level, and laid out with lounge, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The spacious second bedroom has lots of character, and is ensuite. It is on the Ground floor.
The second bedroom has a standard double bed and a single bed. Ideal for visiting friends or up to 3 children.
Interconnecting stairs joining the ground floor to the first floor. Or the lift is in the common lobby area outside.

The owner of the apartment will permit one small well behaved dog in the apartment.
